BFMC: Generous Stacey from Bachelor Matt Grant's season

Stacey's entry in the BFMC Countdown will not be long because her stay in the mansion was brief (pun intended).

If you watched the 20/20 expose on the Bachelor/ette series, or any other reality show ever, you notice the alcohol plays a large part in these shows. Stacey simply had too much.  Video is provided which does a nice job summing up her short stint on the show, here, which basically ended after she tried to slide her underwear in Bachelor Matt Grant's pockets during the initial rose ceremony.

Some initial thoughts:

1. It is NEVER good when a girl with the title "Hot Dog Vendor" is judging your decision making.
2. What grad school is Stacey attending?  I hope it's law school so I can make jokes about her briefs.
3. The first night always bothers me.  The Bachelor and/or Bachelorette usually cuts 10 out of 25 contestants hours after meeting them.  The contestants have to do something to get noticed.  Stacey struck out, but at least she swung for the fences.

Bachelor/ette Favorite Moments Countdown (BFMC): Juan de la Mancha

In another new series of WWT posts, we will be writing about our favorite Bachelor/Bachelorette moments over the last few years in no specific order leading up to the May 24th season premiere. As a personal favorite, I am choosing to bring up Juan Barbieri from Bachelorette Jillian's season.

Great moments from Juan de la Mancha

1. There are many great Juan moments but Dugan's personal favorite came from the wonderfully contrived minds of ABC execs.  Whenever Juan would interrupt (which would happen frequently) Jillian with other man, the cameras would pan his entrance with Spanish themed matador music.  It was incredible.  And a tad racist.  

2. The fight with David over not taking a shot and breaking man-code.  Chevy Chase stars as Juan in this reenactment.



3. Juan's mom's obsession with marrying off her gay son.

4. The WWT blog even had a running question whether Juan would be the first Bachelorette contestant to find a lover from amid the other male contestants.  Alas, our bet was on Jake and he proved he was all man during last season's Bachelor.  I still prefer Juan over Vienna with Jake.

Jersey Shore: Snooki's latest bar fight

As you may know by now, Dugan is very excited that Jersey Shore is filming currently in the greater vicinity of Dugan.  Fans of season one will undoubtedly remember Snooki's first bar confrontation.  And sports fans will enjoy the familiarity of "Same Face, New Place."  Snooki + Bar + Alcohol + Men = What do five fingers say to the face?.



And my favorite part of this post?  That I included "Snooki Bar Fight" as a label assuming, of course, there will be future posts along the same subject line.

Where is the cast of Jersey Shore staying in Miami?

The Metropole.  Could that get any better?  Dugan doesn't think so and wants to invite all the WWT fans to Miami Beach.  We can rent the room which is descibed as "One of a kind - sleeps eight guests.  This retro crash pad features four bedrooms with three full bathrooms. The suite is a favorite hideaway for celebs and jetsetters." 

And who are these celebs and jetsetters besides our favorite Italians?  The Miami Herald article lists shows and stars that are shot in the area.  This CANNOT help tourism. Top Chef Miami, Hogan Knows Best, Miami Ink, Courtney & Khloe Take Miami, 8th and Ocean, Beach Patrol, Miami Social, and (way back in 1996) Real World Miami.

Breach of What?

Hello fans of WWT.  Dugan continues to dig in order to satiate the tens of fans we have at WWT and has come across this nugget.  It's an actual contract from a previous Bachelorette to remain anonymous from a past Bachelor season.  We have enough lawyers reading the blog that they should enjoy the contract including, but not limited to, the 5M breach of confidentiality agreement as well as the requirement for the contestants to pay for their own mini-bar drinks.

As you may be able to tell from page 5, Dugan now has the cell and office numbers of multiple members of the Bachelor casting staff, so you can assume one of WWT's Tank Bachelor contestants will soon be on the show.

Does everyone remember Gaston from Jillian's Bachelorette season?

Mike was the baseball camp owner who reminded me of Gaston.  It's always gratifying when you see a Bachelor or Bachelorette somewhere else and recognize them.  So tonight's sighting?  It took place on CBS and Mike must have access to some great tickets via the sports camp business.

Yep, that's him right behind the Butler bench at the NCAA title game.
